3 days before the study it is necessary to exclude from the diet black bread, whole milk, raw fruits and vegetables, to take during these days tablets of activated carbon (1table per 10 kg of body) or Espumizan according to the scheme attached to the package of the preparation.
Two days before the study, make a cleaning enema (not the day before!). The last meal at 19 the previous day - if the study is in the morning, the study is carried out strictly fasting.
If the study is conducted in the afternoon prior to the study do not eat, at least 6 hours, better than 10 hours.
Preparation for ultrasound of pelvic organs (women and men) and bladder
Transabdominal method (through the anterior abdominal wall). The study by this method is carried out with a full bladder, so it is necessary to drink 1 litre of any liquid tea, water, morse 1 hour before ultrasound, and with a full bladder arrive by the scheduled time of the study.

On the day of the research you can eat and drink.
