Medical assistance to foreign citizens provided in Toksovskaya Interdistrict Hospital
The state budgetary institution of health care of the Leningrad region "Toksovskaya Interdistrict hospital" more than 100 years renders highly qualified medical care.
Units of Toksovskaya hospital are located in a large area of Vsevolozhsk district and serve the population of eight settlements. In addition to the hospital and the emergency Department, we provide care in three polyclinics, eight outpatient clinics and seven paramedic-midwifery points.
Every day more than 2500 people come to our doctors and nurses, more than 100 people every day go to the emergency Department of the hospital for hospitalization and emergency care. Emergency medical teams respond to emergency calls up to 120 times a day.
In our team about 1000 people, among them doctors of the first and highest category, candidates of medical Sciences.
Medical assistance to foreign citizens temporarily staying or permanently residing in the Russian Federation, is in GBUZ LO "Toksovskaya MB" in accordance with the Decree of the RF Government dated 06.03.2016 g №186 "On approval of rules of rendering of medical aid to foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation»:
- foreign citizens who are insured persons in accordance with the Federal law "on compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" have the right to free medical care within the framework of compulsory medical insurance;
- medical assistance to foreign citizens is provided in accordance with agreements on the provision of paid medical services or contracts of voluntary medical insurance.
Medical services are rendered by Toksovskaya MB on the basis of the list of works (services) constituting medical activity and specified in the license for implementation of medical activity of LO-47-01-002149 from July 24, 2019 by Committee on health care of the Leningrad region (location: 191024, St. Petersburg, Nevsky prospect, 113; tel. 717-65-01).
